【Return Process】
If quality issues of sex toys are found, please contact our customer service within 57 working days after receiving the product. Provide the order number, problem description, and clear photos/videos of the defective product. Our after-sales team will verify the situation within 48 hours and provide reasonable solutions upon confirmation.

【Special Notes】
Due to hygiene and health considerations, all adult products cannot be returned once opened/used unless there are quality issues.

【Refund Method】
Refunds will be issued to the original payment account. Processing time is 3-5 working days (actual arrival time depends on the bank/payment platform).
